what journeybook means to me

Through my professional and personal life i’m constantly plagued by the fact that there isn’t enough support for our parents. I think we are in a world where society is changing and we need to change with it. In such a busy life its easy to forget to look after ourselves, our mental health and get lost in the world of parenting.

I believe one of the main ways of supporting parents of neurotypical and neurodiverse children is showing them ways of creating sacred pockets of calm and documenting progress to see what works.

I believe in information sharing and love working with other businesses and charities in our local area to support of local parents and children. All children should have an equal opportunity to thrive.

"

The harder you work for something, the greater you’ll feel when you achieve it.

"We’ve increased our sales from 20–25% since we’ve implemented ChowNow and would never look back"
Jennifer Lopez
"The training is so simple, it’s so easy to use. And from the customer’s standpoint it’s very intuitive."
Scarlet Johnson
"It really streamlines our service. Regular customers have been ordering more often and their orders have been larger."
Michael Blakeson

Sometimes we’re tested not to show our weaknesses, but to discover our strengths.

“She embodies a spirit of intense dedication and generosity – a woman who is the epitome of a sexy wife, best friend and self-care maven.”

People who build their own home tend to be very courageous. These people are curious about life. They’re thinking about what it means to live in a house, rather than just buying a commodity and making it work.
